Adidas Originals

Adidas Originals invited you to celebrate originality with their range of classic sportswear that features the trademark Adidas Originals trefoil and the iconic 3 stripes.

Adi Dassler, the founder of the Adidas brand, found that the traditional trainer designs failed to provide enough support during training, leading to the collapse of the foot at the central arch. The shoes produced in his factory in the late 1940s integrated three stripes to better support the centre of the foot as athletes worked, creating a style that would be the image of Adidas trainers for the decades to come. By the 1964 Tokyo Olympics 80 percent of competitors were sporting the distinctive three stripes on their feet. It is this history that is the inspiration for Adidas Originals.

From their classic International jackets to the popular Chelsea Sportsquilts, there's a Barbour jacket for everyone.

Evisu

Evisu is a Japanese designer clothing company that specializes in producing premium denim wear through traditional, labor-intensive methods.

The brand was formally founded in 1991 Hidehiko Yaman. Yamane was trained as a tailor but his love for vintage jeans and his disappointment with the mass-produced modern versions led him firstly to the vintage clothing export business and then, revolutionarily, to start putting together the elements required to reproduce vintage-style jeans. This needed the gathering together of various bits of machinery, which are required to make authentic vintage jeans.

The initial production line allowed about 14 pairs of jeans a day to be produced and each of them was lovingly hand-painted with the now famous seagull logo (Kamome) by Yamane himself. Evisu is the name of the Japanese folk god of money who is usually portrayed with a fish and a fishing rod. His name was selected for the new venture as money and fishing are two of Yamane's five favorite things (the others being beer, women and golf - in no particular order).

Although initially Evisu was more a labour of love than a commercial venture, Evisu jeans captured the imagination of the detail-obsessed Japanese fashion crowd, spurring a revival of interest in vintage denim which has now spread across the world.

Farah

Farah was first born in the 1920's but it was not until the 1970's that it reached the cult status that it holds today.

The original Farah slack made from hopsack canvas became an immediate hit with the youth of Britain. These Farah slacks were slim cut, sharply tailored and featured stain resistant technology that were unlike anything available at the time.

Momentum for the brand grew and in the 1980's Farah became a must have label amongst fashion savvy hipsters, including the mods, skins, sticksmen and rocker-billys. Seen on the balconies at gigs across the UK music scene, each group interpreted the brand within their own style, building key Farah items into what became their definitive looks. The clothes came to represent a sense of elitism while generating respect for those who displayed the now famous Farah "f tab".

Today the Farah label still holds the heritage and vigour it stood for then. a whole new generation of men throughout the world are drawn to the brand's history and inspired to rediscover the distinct look for themselves.

Fila Vintage

Italy's largest sportswear manufacturer Fila was first created by the Fila brothers in 1911. Their primary product was originally underwear before moving into sportswear in the 1970's with the endorsement of tennis player Bjorn Borg.

Today the Fila Vintage and Fila Gold collections offer the classic Fila look and style with their track tops, polos and tshirts. Many of the classic Fila Vintage track tops, such as the Match Day, featured in the 2009 film The Firm by Nick Love. It is films such as this that has made the Fila Vintage brand even more popular today.

Fred Perry

The world famous tennis player Frederick John Perry first launched his now iconic white Fred Perry polo shirt at Wimbledon in 1952. The famous laurel logo is carefully sewn into each garment, rather than being ironed on.

When the mod movement of the late 1950's picked up on the brand they demanded a more vaired colour pallette to supplement the iconic white polo shirt. The classic polo remained popular throughout the sixties and seventies and has since regained its popularity with the youth of today.

Full Circle

Full Circle was launched in 1996 and has gone on to become a successful, imaginative, progressive fashion brand targeting the fashion conscious men and women of today.

J. Lindeberg

Founded in 1996 by Johan Lindeberg, J. Lindeberg is marketed as a 21st Century lifestyle brand.

Feeling fatigued from the constraints as marketing director of the Italian fashion brand Diesel, Johan felt it was time to create something of his own using his own visions.

The first design concept was called 21st Century Lifestyle and the collection was showcased in New York during the Autumn/Winter Fasion week of 1997. The collections themselves and especially the golf collection was unique and caught serious attention. To further develop the golf concept Johan turned to his old friend and successful PGA-tour golfer Jesper Parnevik. Regarded as one the most notorious mavericks in golf fashion, Jespers character suited J. Lindeberg’s creative concept perfectly and also added a professional value to the collections. One of Jesper's more notorious appearances dressed with J. Lindeberg was when he won the Byron Nelson Classic championship in Texas wearing a pair of pink chinos.

Kappa

Robe Di Kappa is the high end range of designer clothing from the sportswear brand Kappa.

Known as the Omini, the famous Kappa logo is of a man and woman sitting back to back in the nude. After a photo shoot for a bathing suit ad, a man and a woman were sitting back-to-back, naked, with the outlines of their bodies traced by the back lighting. The Italian brand became a massive hit amongst young football followers up and down this country.

Lyle & Scott Vintage

Founded in Scotland in 1874 by William Lyle and Walter Scott, the brand Lyle & Scott gained notoriety for its high quality knitwear. Lyle & Scott managed to gain a younger audience with the introduction of the Lyle & Scott Vintage line of clothing in 2003. Lyle & Scott's Golden Eagle logo has been seen on many musical celebrities such as Pete Dohety and the Arctic Monkeys, as well as other celebrities from the world of television.

The Lyle & Scott Vintage collection has now been expanded to include accessories bearing the Golden Eagle logo, including a new line of footwear to complete the Lyle & Scott Vintage look. Penguin Clothing

Original Penguin is one of those rare designer brands that focuses on getting one thing right. Penguin polo shirts, with foundations in the 1950s, have evolved through the decades to become a casual style icon. Since the beginning, Penguin Clothing in the UK has taken the humble polo shirt and imbued it with class.

Designers have managed to create stylish polo shirts for decades now. The difference with Penguin polo shirts is their fit. Most polo shirts slop around and generally look more casual than they really should. Even designer polos fail to get the cut properly. Penguin clothes accent the human form, transforming a casual shirt into the iconic emblem of classic style that it should be. Modern style from a retro background

Penguin clothes had their foundations in the 50s and 60s. Penguin Clothing's must-have golf shirts were first launched in the US in 1955 by a military clothing store based in Minneapolis. Penguin polo shirts became emblematic of a certain class of casual style for the period. The feel of comfortable jersey against the skin combined with classic clean lines of the Penguin polo shirts cut fit in with the relaxed lifestyle of America's rich and famous. Today, Original Penguin draws from the designs of classic Penguin polo shirts to create a modern look.
