Returns
If you are unsatisfied with an item you have bought from us or would simply like a different size/item just follow the 5 easy steps below to return to item to us.
Step 1
Download and print one of our returns forms by Clicking Here (.Doc Word Format) or by Clicking Here (.pdf Format). If you don't have access to a printer, just download the form and write out the required details on a piece of paper.
Step 2
Fill in all the details on the returns form:-
- Your name
- Order number
- The product codes of the item(s) you're returning (e.g. KC648-SKY Medium)
- The reason you are returning the item (e.g. Too Small)
- What you'd like us to do when we receive your item (e.g. Exchange for KC68-SKY in a Large)
Finally sign the form at the bottom.
Step 3
Make sure your item still has all it's original tags attached, is unworn, unwashed and has no marks or damage to it. Once you've done this place the item, along with the returns form, inside a bag (either the original bag we sent it to you in or a bag available from the post office) or in a jiffy bag.
Step 4
Write our a on the front of the bag, which is:
- Unit E
- Bryn Business Centre
- Bryn Lane
- Wrexham
- LL13 9UT
Then write your address on the back.
Step 5
Seal the parcel and take it to your local post office. It is advised that you use Recorded delivery and take out the necessary insurance to the value of the item(s).
